Return Policy

Consumable products

Consumables may be returned provided the return is authorized by CisNovo within 30 days of delivery and that they are unopened and in their original packaging. Consumables are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Consumables that are found to be opened, tampered with, adulterated, fully or partially used, or in any condition other than they were originally sent from CisNovo will not qualify for a refund.
