CisNovo provides free shipping to continental U.S. on all of our products with a minimum purchase. The amount of minimum purchase required is determined by the shipping address as detailed below:
- Albany, NY: no minimum purchase required
- East coast states: $150
- Central states: $300
- West coast states: please contact us
What if my purchase doesn't meet the minimum purchase requirement?
CisNovo strives to provide the best value and service to our customers. Although it is a common practice that customers pay the shipping cost, we will share that burden with our customers. We will only charge a flat shipping fee per package that is less than the real cost.
- East coast states: $10
- Central states: $15
- West coast states: $20
Will CisNovo group multiple purchased items to save shipping cost?
